Shipment options and delivery periods
The orders will be sent by the company Correos, once the payment has been confirmed.
Although the products that www.spainknives.com is commercialising with are not specially fragile and are properly padding on its own packing, all the orders counts with a merchandise insurance.
The orders arrive in a term from between 7 and 15 working days, depending on the availability of the products and the destiny countries.
The shipments will be carried out the day after the payment recption, on Saturdays and Sundays shipments will not be carried out.
The deliveries will be carried out with expenses in charge of the client, as long as the circumstances that involve free shipments are not present.
The shipment prices vary depending on the delivery country and it will be calculated automatically after putting the shipment direction.
ww.spainknives.com reserves the right to change the delivery method and transport company regardless of what is stated on this page and given that the changes would not in any way be detrimental to our customers.
The indicated delivery periods are for informational purpose and www.spainknives.com make an effort in order to respect it. However, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order nor a compensation of it.
The shipment will be considered complete from the moment the product is at the client´s disposal and he sign the reception of the shipment to the shipping. The consignee will be responsible for the verification of the products when he receive them and for the explanation of all the exceptions and complaints that can be justified.
Should the customer receive a damaged product or an erroneous order, all shipping costs will be paid by www.spainknives.com.
www.spainknives.com customers will benefit from the three months manufacturer's guarantee.
Defects or imperfections due to the incorrect use or manipulation of goods, as well as the wear and tear produced by the normal use of a product, are not included in this guarantee.
Any decline in the function of a product, due to its design limitation, is also excluded from guarantee.
Neither are covered the repairs or the modifications made by the client or another person that is not authorized over the product.
Any refund of the product appealing to the guarantee must be accepted previously by www.spainknives.com. With this aim, the client will contact our after-sales service at firstname.lastname@example.org. The faulty product already said will be returned in its own packing and in perfect conditions.
Refunds and claims
Our Customer Service Department includes an after-sales service, which is designed to help our clients solve any problems that may arise concerning our products or shipments. This department aims to offer a fast and efficient response to customer queries. See how to return a product.
If the served products are not satisfied in nature or quantity with the specifications un the delivery note, the client must fill its complaint in the following working days of the delivery note marked on the order.
If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you can return the unwanted product within the following 7 working days of the delivery date marked on the order. (According to art. 44 of the Spanish Law No. 7/1996, 15th January relating to the retail trade and modified by Law No. 47/2002 on 19th December).*

Simply send back the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all guarantees, labels and instructions of use.
It is very important that returned product/s are posted in suitable wrapping to prevent damage. If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect state, due to inappropriate wrapping, the exchange/refund will not be accepted. The expenses and risks due to the move of the product are in charge of the client.
Once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and have their condition has been checked, www.spainknives.com will accept the return and will proceed to process the corresponding exchange or refund, according to the form of payment used to place the order.
The shipment expenses will be assumed by the client in all cases. Sometimes overseas shipments may have additional costs in the delivery country customs or taxes added. If the customer does not collect the order we will not refund the import of the order.
